RUGBY BLOGS: ENGLAND v New Zealand verdict - A desperate November ends for England in the inevitable defeat at the hands of the All Blacks - a staggering 102 points conceded in a fortnight puts England light years behind Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.
The All Blacks were everything we expected in the backs, although I was surprised how easily some grit, determination and passion from England, rattled New Zealand. After being blown away last week it was great to see players like Phil Vickery, Nick Easter, Michael Lipman and James Haskell put their bodies on the line. At least that worked for 50 minutes! But after that the All Blacks got enough ball for Jimmy Cowan and Dan Carter to do the damage.
