Duo cited after Durban Test

CJ van der Linde and Rocky Elsom have been cited following Australia's 27-15 victory over South Africa in Durban on Saturday.
South Africa prop Van der Linde was lucky not to have been sent from the field of play after what appeared to be a flying headbutt in front of the referee. However he is set for further punishment having been summoned to a disciplinary hearing on Monday.
Meanwhile, Australia loose forward Elsom was penalised four minutes into the second half when he pulled Springbok captain Victor Matfield down in a line-out, and has also been cited.
