Quins prop guilty of stamping

Harlequins prop Ignacio Elosu has been banned for three weeks having been found guilty of stamping.
A Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel met on Tuesday at the offices of the Judge Advocate General in London to hear the case of Elosu.
Elosu was found guilty of stamping contrary to Law 10.4 (b) during the EDF Energy Cup match against London Irish, on October 25, 2008.
He was suspended for three weeks from October 27 to November 17, and will be free to play again on November 18, 2008. He had been cited by the independent citing officer, Matt Bayliss.
The RFU panel comprised HHJ Jeff Blackett (chairman), Peter Budge and Bruce Squire QC.
