Gloucester have been buoyed by news highly-rated youngsters Freddie Burns, Charlie Sharples and Henry Trinder have agreed new deals.
The trio have made big impressions at Kingsholm after coming through the academy set-up - with Sharples currently the club's leading try-scorer this season.
And coach Bryan Redpath is delighted winger Sharples, centre Trinder and fly-half Burns have now signed new contracts that will see them remain at the club until the end of the 2011-12 season.
"I'm really pleased to have sorted out these contracts," said Redpath.
"It's important that as a club we develop and retain the best young talent, and all three of them have so much potential to play a big part in Gloucester's future.
"Freddie has stepped in at fly-half this season and showed maturity beyond his years, Charlie can't stop scoring and Henry is a class act in the centre."
"They all have things to work on but they're all committed to improving their game and I hope they'll be a feature of Gloucester sides for many years to come."
