BEFORE Stuart Hogg showed his impressive attacking skills for the Scotland senior side during this year’s RBS 6 Nations, he scored a fantastic touchdown on his debut for the A team in Galashiels. Scotland A thrashed England Saxons 35-0 in early February, with this try from full-back Hogg the highlight.

He impressed the Scotland coaches so much that he was called up to the senior squad, and made his debut against Wales later that month. These days Hogg is a regular on the Scotland team sheet and was also picked to go on the winning Lions tour to Australia in 2013.

But his talents don’t stop there! Hogg represented Scotland Sevens at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014, and his brother Graham has also played for the sevens side. He has even taken on Rugby World‘s Pump Up The Ball competition – click here to see how he got on!

Hogg still has an eye for the whitewash, and he scored one of Scotland’s five tries – his seventh on the Test stage – in the 41-31 win over Argentina in November 2014.
