Mark Cueto will appear before an RFU disciplinary hearing on 11 April at 7pm after being cited for making contact with the eye or eye area of Northampton lock Christian Day in the Aviva Premiership match last Saturday.
Cueto has been summoned to appear before the panel of Antony Davies (chair), Clif Barker and David MacInnes on Monday in Merseyside following a report by the independent citing officer Matt Bayliss.
