i recently read an article in an mma magazine with james haskell saying about how similar an mma fighters conditioning is to a rugby players. he mentions wrestling as a great way of improving tackling technique. what about getting your magazine to look into this. great magazine by the way, get it every month although im not a subscriber yet. russ hacker, bristol
