Saracens, who have already signed Charlie Hodgson, continue to splash the cash with the news that Australia hooker Huia Edmonds will join them at the end of the World Cup, if he is selected. With Matt Giteau already on his way to Europe this could signal a mass exodus from Australia. Edmonds has signed  two-year deal, agreeing to move from the Brumbies. “I had a few chats to people before I signed [with Saracens],” he said to the Canberra times. “They [the Wallabies] were looking at younger front-row personnel after the World Cup so I think for me this is the right time to leave. I had a deadline and I was over that deadline to sign with Saracens. I didn’t want to leave Canberra. But I have to do what’s right for my family. You’re only in the game for so long and you have to do all you can.” He won three caps for the Wallabies in 2010.
