S4C’s historic partnership with the URC has been extended until 2027, ensuring the league remains available on free-to-air television in the UK.
The Welsh language broadcaster will also broadcast all of Wales’ matches in the Nations Championship over the next four years. Coverage begins on Saturday 4 July, when Wales face Fiji in Cardiff, followed by Tests in Argentina on 11 July and South Africa on 18 July.
Champ Rugby has a multi-year streaming partnership with Clubber TV to broadcast all games for the 2025-26 season. All 182 league matches across the season, plus the play-offs, will be streamed, giving fans access to live match-day coverage and an on-demand game archive.
In the UK, Premier Sports will make every match of the World Rugby Junior Championship in Georgia – which runs from 27 June to 18 July – available live. In total, Premier Sports will broadcast 40 live games from the tournament for rugby fans in the UK and Ireland.
Premier Sports has also launched a dedicated over-the-top (OTT) streaming service in Canada, giving Canadian rugby fans nationwide access to some of the world’s most prestigious international and club rugby competitions for the first time in one place.
The new service will stream every match of the Men’s Six Nations, U20 Six Nations, the Nations Championship live and on-demand, alongside extensive coverage of southern hemisphere rugby, including SANZAAR international tour matches and Super Rugby Pacific.
Virgin Media Television has become the free-to-air home for the Nations Championship in Ireland. It will offer all 42 fixtures from each edition of the new tournament in 2026 and 2028. It joins ITV (UK), TF1 (France) and Sky Italia (Italy) as an exclusive broadcast partner.
BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Service) is the official broadcast partner for the 2026 Inter-Services Rugby Championship, delivering comprehensive coverage of both the men’s and women’s competitions this spring.
FR-UK, a French Rugby YouTube channel set up by Joe Worsley, Tim Cocker, Dougie Andrews and James Lewis, have the rights to the Pro D2 in the UK and Ireland – they are streaming each week’s Thursday evening game live.
