When to watch Scotland’s men’s and women’s teams in action this season

Scotland’s rugby fixtures resume in September, when the women’s team kick-off their WXV Global Series campaign. Soon after, the men are back in action in the home leg of the Nations Championship.

This autumn, Scotland’s women welcome Canada, New Zealand and Australia to Edinburgh before flying to Australia for two matches against the Wallaroos. They then head into a Women’s Six Nations where they’ll be looking to improve on the 2026 edition, where they won a single game and finished in a disappointing fifth place.

The men, meanwhile, are on something of a high, after narrowly missing out on their first ever Men’s Six Nations title in 2026, and emerging from the away round of Nations Championship games with two wins out of three.

The next men’s Scotland rugby fixtures bring New Zealand, Australia and Japan to Murrayfield, before they head into a packed 2027 featuring the Six Nations and the Men’s Rugby World Cup in Australia. Uruguay, Ireland and Portugal will be their opponents.

Read on to find out about confirmed Scotland rugby fixtures for the men’s and women’s teams in 2026 and 2027.
